This year, we were proud to present the award to Metaxia Psalti, Chief Operating Officer of Neda Maritime Agency Co. Ltd., a dedicated WISTA Hellas member for 18 years, and the first woman to serve as Vice President of Intercargo. Her exceptional leadership, her impactful contribution to the maritime sector, and her steadfast support for women in the industry embody the very essence of our mission. Through hard work and determination, she has risen to the top and stands as a powerful role model for younger professionals.

We also had the honour of recognizing Lieutenant Anastasia Avraam, Hellenic Coast Guard, and Ensign Athanasia Vrekou, Hellenic Coast Guard, for their outstanding service and remarkable contributions in the line of duty – exemplifying professionalism, dedication, and integrity at the highest level.
