In the context of our “Women in Leadership” program, Alba Graduate Business School politely offered us participation in the Masterclass “ Psychological Safety at the Workplace ” on Friday, 9th June.
The aim of the Masterclass, tutored by Polina Roussou was to navigate how we experience the feeling of security within professional contexts and beyond, a crucial element that leads to success.
