We concluded this year’s cycle of events with the WISTA Hellas February Members’ Gathering, marking the completion of a series that included four member-selected panel discussions and a soft skills workshop requested through our poll.
This final session focused on one of the most essential professional skills: confident and assertive communication. Against the inspiring backdrop of the Port of Piraeus, members engaged in practical tools and real-life marine industry scenarios designed to strengthen their voice, navigate challenging conversations, and enhance team dynamics.
